Cross Fit- You can make your workout as easy or hard as you want with this mixture of toning and cardio intervals spaced through out the gym.
Zumba- Erica brings Latin, International Dance and Hip Hop flavor this Cardio Dance Class-- no dance experience necessary.
Turbo - Camyll brings the heat with intense cardio and trouble shooting toning intervals to keep your heart rate up and your body burning calories. Don't worry... Modifications are available for all intensity levels, making this workout just for YOU.
Last Chance- Adrienne rounds out the week and gives us one last chance to melt away calories. Adrienne strengthen
every body part and pushes us to fine tune our cardio intensity.
